ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation by our team, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. A second email containing your tracking number will be sent once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.

DELIVERY ZONE

Weanjay currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or international destinations. If you attempt to place an order to an address outside our delivery zone, your order may be cancelled and refunded in full.

PRODUCT SOURCING & INTERNATIONAL FULFILMENT

Weanjay works with trusted overseas manufacturing partners to bring you quality products at fair prices. As a result, your order may involve an international freight stage before entering the UK domestic delivery network (Royal Mail or a tracked courier) for final delivery to your address.

This is reflected in our estimated delivery window of 5 to 15 business days, which accounts for both international transit and UK last-mile delivery.

All prices displayed on our website already include any applicable charges. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Delivery options include:

  • Home delivery: Delivered directly to your registered delivery address.
  • Collection point: Delivered to a Royal Mail or courier collection point of your choice, where available.
  • Post office collection: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be held at your local post office for collection.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are between 5 and 15 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the carrier, product availability, and destination within the United Kingdom.

These are estimates only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather, or force majeure events.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of order value or quantity. No minimum purchase is required to benefit from free delivery.

Weanjay reserves the right to introduce or update shipping fees in the future with prior notice. Any applicable shipping costs will always be displayed clearly at the checkout step before payment is confirmed.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number is provided for all orders via email once your parcel has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at [email protected].

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Weanjay works with multiple suppliers. As a result, orders containing more than one product may be shipped separately from different locations. In such cases:

  • You may receive more than one tracking number.
  • Items may arrive on different days within the 5 to 15 business day window.
  • Receiving part of your order does not mean the remainder has been lost — please allow the full delivery window before contacting us.

Each shipment will be notified separately by email. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

MISSED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier will typically leave a notification card and one of the following will apply:

  • A redelivery attempt will be made on the next business day.
  • The parcel will be held at a local collection point or post office (usually 7 to 18 days, depending on the carrier).
  • If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it will be returned to us.

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at no additional cost. If you choose not to proceed with redelivery, we will issue a refund for the product price only.

This differs from an active delivery refusal (see our Terms and Conditions, Section 19.2), where return postage costs may be deducted from your refund.

PARCEL MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbours or other members of your household.
  • Checking safe locations at your property (porch, garage, side gate).
  • Verifying the delivery address on your order confirmation.
  • Allowing 1 additional business day, as carriers occasionally update tracking statuses prematurely.

If the parcel has still not been located, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking reference. Carrier investigations typically take 2 to 4 weeks. You have up to 45 days from the date of your order to notify us of non-delivery.

DAMAGED PACKAGING ON ARRIVAL

If your parcel arrives with visibly damaged outer packaging, photograph the packaging before opening it.

Damage to the product itself must be reported within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected], including your order number and photographs. Damage to outer packaging alone, without impact on the product, does not constitute a valid claim.

This 48-hour window applies specifically to transit damage identified on arrival. Faults discovered later remain covered under our standard 30-day Return & Refund Policy.

DELIVERY ADDRESS ERRORS

Please review your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If you identify an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately:

Address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already have been dispatched and we cannot guarantee the address can be amended.

Weanjay cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may be eligible to return the item under our Return & Refund Policy once received.
