Our store is hosted on WordPress. Your data is stored in WordPress’s data storage systems and databases, on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Data retention periods:

  • Order and transaction data: retained for 7 years in accordance with UK tax law.
  • Customer account data: retained for the duration of the account, plus 2 years after account closure.
  • Marketing consent data: retained until consent is withdrawn.
  • Analytics data: retained in accordance with the settings of the respective tool (see Article 5).

Payment:

If you complete a purchase through a direct payment gateway, your credit card information is encrypted in accordance with PCI-DSS and deleted once the transaction is finalised. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

ARTICLE 5 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & SERVICES
