Yes. We ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping is completely free on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days via Royal Mail or a tracked courier. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website.

We provide detailed size charts for each product to help you find the perfect fit. Please refer to the size chart on the product page to ensure you choose the right size.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
Yes, we accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange this before returning your item.
Yes. Several carriers in our range are suitable from birth, including models with built-in newborn support. Always check the individual product page for the recommended age and weight range before purchasing.
Yes. All Weanjay carriers are designed to support the ergonomic M-position — keeping your baby’s knees higher than their bottom and their spine in its natural curve. This promotes healthy hip development from birth.
All Weanjay carriers are machine washable. We recommend washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle, without bleach or tumble drying. Full care instructions are included with every product and listed on the individual product pages.
If a product is out of stock, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will let you know the expected restock date. We do not currently offer a formal waitlist system, but we are happy to notify you manually.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your card details on our systems.
