It delivers both — made from a 92% cotton, 8% spandex jersey-stretch fabric that moulds to parent and baby like a worn-in wrap, but fastened in seconds with three buckles and requiring no tying, no threading, and no technique to master.

The jersey-stretch construction is central to what makes this carrier work. Unlike rigid woven cotton canvas carriers, the fabric has a natural four-way give that allows it to conform precisely to the contours of both the parent’s torso and the baby’s body, creating the skin-close, cocooning hold that makes stretchy wraps so effective for newborns. The spandex content provides shape retention — the fabric moulds but does not sag under load or distort with repeated use. Cross-back weight-distributing straps spread the carry across both shoulders and the upper back symmetrically, working alongside a padded waist belt to manage load distribution without concentrating pressure on any single point. The gathered seat adjusts in width to maintain the ergonomic M-position as the baby grows, and has been recognised as hip-healthy by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI).
