RETURNS

All items provided by www.weanjay.com are brand new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to products available through traditional retail and sourced from our verified suppliers and manufacturers.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Customers must return new or unused items in their entirety, in their original intact packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation.

In such cases, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to [email protected], including a written description and attached photos or videos.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. We will guide you through the return process once your case has been reviewed.

Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of our decision regarding your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

SALE ITEMS

In accordance with UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), sale or promotional items are eligible for a refund within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. While our extended 30-day commercial guarantee applies to regular-priced items, it does not extend to sale items.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product only. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at [email protected]. Exchanging for a different product is not permitted; please return your item for a refund and place a new order instead.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We will refund the full price of the product plus the cost of the original standard shipping (if you paid for shipping when placing the order). Return shipping costs are only deducted from your refund in the case of a refused delivery where a pre-paid return label was provided by us.

For size or colour exchanges, we will refund return shipping costs up to a maximum of £5.

For items valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without a tracking number.

No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Where the right of withdrawal applies, Weanjay will refund all amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
  • Goods that are inseparably linked to other items.
  • Opened goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
