SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours by our team (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Weanjay currently delivers to the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
During peak periods, order processing may take up to 72 hours (3 business days).
The choice of carrier and shipping cost may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability, basket total, and destination.
SHIPPING METHODS
- Royal Mail / tracked courier (home delivery, collection point, or post office — estimated delivery within 5 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation)
Some orders may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers. In such cases, items may be shipped separately.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on all orders over £50. For orders below £50, a flat shipping fee of £3.90 applies.
Weanjay reserves the right to modify or waive shipping fees for a limited period without prior notice. Current shipping costs are always displayed at checkout.
SALE ITEMS
In accordance with UK law, items purchased on sale or during a promotion are eligible for a refund within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period only. Our extended 30-day commercial guarantee does not apply to sale items.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Hygiene products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives fully or partially defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for the affected item(s). To do so, send us an email at [email protected] including:
- Proof of payment (e.g. a screenshot of your order confirmation email)
- Photos or video of the defective item(s)
- Your preference: replacement or refund
ORDER CANCELLATION
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at [email protected]. No cancellation request can be accepted once an order has already been dispatched.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product only. Exchanging for a different product is not permitted. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method by default. If you prefer to receive store credit instead, please let us know when contacting our support.
All refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded. Discount codes and gift vouchers cannot be reissued or refunded.
Orders returned due to a manufacturer defect will not incur restocking fees.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of our decision regarding your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In all other cases, return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Size or colour exchanges: Weanjay will refund return shipping costs up to a maximum of £5 exclusively for size or colour exchanges of the same product.
For items valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
