The Momtory Newborn Carrier is built around a single practical insight: the seat a newborn needs at three weeks old is fundamentally different from the seat the same child needs at five months, and no fixed-width carrier can serve both well without compromise. The solution here is a patented hook-and-loop seat adjustment system — a simple, silent Velcro-style mechanism that widens or narrows the seat panel in seconds, without removing the baby, to precisely match three distinct developmental stages: the narrow cocoon hold for newborns under 23 inches in length, a mid-width inward-facing position for growing babies between 23 and 26 inches, and a broader forward-facing configuration for babies over 26 inches.

The carrier body is made from a soft, breathable cotton fabric with a slightly textured marl finish — warm enough for home carrying throughout the postnatal weeks, breathable enough for outdoor use in temperate conditions. The wide, spreadable cross-back shoulder straps distribute your baby’s weight symmetrically across both shoulders and the upper back simultaneously, whilst a supportive padded waist belt with a front-release buckle anchors the carry at hip level and provides abdominal and lumbar support for the parent. The waist belt accommodates a full range of body sizes from XS through to XXL (waist 24–55 inches), making this a genuinely universal fit suitable for both parents without readjustment of the shoulder system.
