The cotton-blend jersey that covers this carrier has the close, slightly textured character of a quality marl knit — substantial enough to hold its structure through a full day of carrying, yet soft and yielding against the parent’s body and the baby’s exposed skin. The fabric’s natural cotton content manages heat effectively, making the carrier comfortable across a wide range of temperatures without the stiffness of heavier structured fabrics.

The carrier’s X-shaped cross-back strap system — referred to by Bemobo as the butterfly shoulder configuration — distributes load across a broader area of the upper back than a standard H-strap layout, reducing concentrated pressure at the shoulder tips during extended wear. A hidden buckle sits within the strap construction to keep hard surfaces away from baby’s body throughout. The seat panel adjusts via an internal velcro mechanism to three distinct widths: narrowest for front inward carry, widest for front outward and back carry positions.
